Return and Exchange

Any return must follow the rules below:

A. All return must be given a reasonable excuse. That is quality problem. We don't accept any return without any quality problem. That is to say, any customer who is picky and don't bear any responsibility when shop online, they take a look at the bag and feel good and buy instantly. While when he receives it, he changes his mind, just because he isn't interested in it as he thinks and back to us to want return and refund. We don't welcome such customers. And don't inqure us if you can get refund just because you don't like it without any course. 

B. Any return because of quality problem, please contact us in 3 days after you receive the package. Email us. Note: when you email us, please advise your order number and take pics of items, the more the better, and clear the flawed part. 

C. Any quality problem because of color and size fault. I hope any customer who buy from us understand that tiny error in size is allowed, there is no absolute right in size, including the measuring tool itself, so any size error within 1cm, we won't take it as quality problem. As to the color, also, pics of one item taken at different place and under different light condition will look different. So tiny color different should be allowed, unless it looks really different, like you ordered a black one, but you receive a brown one, we will be responsible for that.

D. Any return affter confirmed, we will send you address to return the flawed item. Keep in mind that, don't delay time and pretend you want return the bag and want it resolved, while at the same time you delay us time and don't answer our email in days, and show up half a month later and continue returning procedure, we don't accept this. We will suppose you have keep using our item and you return it after you use it. So please take a look at your email each day until you post the package, the return finishes. Note: Any return item must be returned in unused condition with its original bits, any bits missed will be charged accordingly.

E. When you post the package returned, mark the package as a gift under 25 usd. Aslo make sure you write the right shipping info, if the package can't arrive us successfully because your write the shipping info wrong when you do posting, we also will charge you accordingly because of our lost.
