Q: Is is authentic? If not, why so expensive?

A: It is not authentic, but most bags are made of the same material leather, like natural leather. Even though, some bags are not made the same material as the authentic bag, it is still made of genuine leather, the superior cow leather.It is worth its price.

Q: How is the shipping?

A: We normally ship with dhl and ems which are safe and quick. No matter what way we choose, we do it to guarantee you won't be charged any tax from the custom. If you need faster shipping, you can inqure us by email, then we will give you guide. 

Q: Is the shipping free?

A: Shipping is free all over the world.

Q: How many days i can get the package?

A: Normally, package will arrive your door in 5-7 business days.

Q: How long will it take to post the package after i make the order?

A: After you make the order, if your payment goes through, we will do your order in 24 hours and send you tracking number in 24 hours. Because of time difference, if you make the order on weekend, it may take 48 hours before posting the package.

Q: Is there any tax charged?

A: We guarantee you no tax involved. 

Q: If the item is defective or wrong one? will you be responsible for that, can i have exchange or refund?

A: If any quality problem or wrong item shipped, we will exchange and refund you as you wish after we get the returned item in used condition.

A: Sure, if you want to see the real pic, please inqure us by email. If we have real pic of the item, we will send it to you.

A: You can enjoy maintenance period for your item in our store. Any item you buy from us is broken in 6 month.
